Russell Collection Fine Art has assembled a permanent collection that includes approximately 100 original works spanning the history of art from 1600 to the present. Located in the heart of one of the most unique and diverse cities in the world, the gallery uses its collection and resources to provide educational and cultural experiences for the people who live in, work in, and visit Austin, Texas. In addition, we offer an outstanding schedule of special exhibitions and lectures for patrons throughout the year.
Our current collection includes artwork by the Masters such as Rembrandt, Salvador Dali, Mary Cassatt, Marc Chagall, Toulouse-Lautrec, Manet, Picasso, Renoir, Matisse, and Pissarro. They bring together original oils, pastels, lithographs, etchings, aquatints, pencil and ink, woodcuts and mezzotints to name a few. The gallery is also committed to infusing our permanent holdings with fresh offerings of contemporary artists and sculptors such as Royo, Frederick Hart, Ash Almonte, Court Lurie, Maxine Price, John Petrey, Ray Donley, Olga Porter, JD Miller, Alexandra Eldridge, Cody Hopper, Michael Kessler, Michael Klung, and Brad Ellis.
