Trucker Goro and his sidekick Gun ride into town to help Tampopo set up the perfect fast-food noodle restaurant. Woven into this main narrative are a number of smaller stories about the importance of food, ranging from a gangster who mixes hot sex with food to a housewife who rises from the dead to cook her family one last meal.

Jones/Omi Osun Olomo, kt shorb, Matt Richardson and Nicole Vlado each perform a short work and then engage in discussion which addresses how they connect to ancestors, history, memory, the archive (history, personal, the body) and each other.
