A Special French 77 Gallery
This month, PUMA will
launch French 77, a modern lifestyle collection for men and women inspired by the sport of tennis
and one of PUMA's Heroes from the game in 1977, Guillermo Vilas. In celebration of the French 77
Collection, The PUMA Store Austin and Studio 107 will present "A Special French 77 Gallery," where
local Austin artists Joshua Bezdek, Nancy Brown, Jason Buchanan, Jonas Criscoe, Adreon Henry,
Simeen Ishaque, Baseera Khan, and Xuan Nguyen will pay tribute to the sport of tennis through
an expression of art and sport. Showcasing PUMA's unique "take" on tennis, PUMA will work with the
local artist to display their work on Ping Pong Tables and Paddles. Using the tennis tables and
paddles as their canvas, artists will bring the collection to life in a very PUMA way. Also
featured throughout the gallery, will be the French 77 collection itself. |
